"Recently we had an issue and had to take our 4 RV in for repair. A soft spot on the floor turned out being a much larger problem. The repair shop recommended talking to our insurance company and I got so worried. I called and explained the situation and things coasted from there. Other than my filing the claim, they took over. They managed the situation with the repair shop and quickly and efficiently handled our claim. The next thing we had our RV back and fixed. I just want to express our appreciation in such wonderful service !!"

"I have had nothing but issues working with his secretaries. I have sent several emails and tried to talk to Scott, but I have never heard anything from him. I always get someone at the front desk. They didn't file the paperwork correctly for my uninsured motorist and they wont take responsibility. I would avoid them at all cost. If you want to use state farm use anyone but Scott. He doesn't care about the people he is insuring. Edit: I misspoke when I called the agents that were assisting me secretaries. I was unaware they were also agents. My apologies. Until this is resolved I still feel like it deserves a 1 star review due to asking the customer to pay for the mistake of a previous agent. I will gladly update my review if this gets resolved."
