"After I totaled my car, Terrie went above and beyond to ensure that I didn't overpay for my combined home and car insurance. Even when I forgot about it while distracted by my claim, she followed up multiple times with solutions for reducing my rate. "My vehicle was totaled a few weeks ago. Terrie Smith made the experience, as it relates to State Farm very stress-free. She constantly checked to see if I needed anything. "We have been with this State Farm office now for around 7+ years and they are great!! Terrie was a HUGE help when we had to file a claim for one of our cars. She called in every couple of days to check in, helped me reach the claims department quickly and easily and made sure I got my car back on time. When she called back one time she even remembered my weekend plans and asked how they went!! She went above and beyond and was super intentional!"

"I tried repeatedly to get in touch with Holley. Never a returned call or email. I set up autodraft multiple times only for it to fail on the due date and had to pay a fee every time. If you want to go with State Farm, go with Kathy Powell. At least her office returned phone calls and tried to keep business. Do yourself a favor and switch to Progressive. I’m saving $600 a year with them with better coverage. And don’t bite on Holley’s State Farm customer service comments. All insurance companies are the same and will fight you rather than protect you. You might as well go with who gives the same coverage for less."
